What Is Yokoten?

Yokoten is a term of Japanese origin that refers to the spread of successful practices and lessons learned throughout the entire organization.
This concept aims to share knowledge and best practices gained in one department with other departments.

The Yokoten Process

1. The Yokoten process begins with identifying a success story or an effective practice.
2. These successes are then systematically shared with other departments within the organization.
Through standardization and implementation, they are disseminated so that the best results can be achieved in similar processes and problem situations.
3. Finally, feedback obtained during this process enables continuous review and improvement of the practices.

Benefits of Yokoten

• Yokoten increases efficiency and improves quality by sharing knowledge and successes across the organization.
• This method ensures that all departments work more effectively by using the same best practices and helps provide quick solutions to problems.
• Sharing success stories boosts motivation and morale among employees, thereby enhancing overall performance.
