2. Once the goals are established, detailed action plans are created to achieve them.
3. These plans specify which resources will be used, what tasks will be carried out, and within which timeframes they will be completed.
4. In addition, progress is reviewed at regular intervals, performance reports are prepared, and necessary adjustments are made to ensure the achievement of the goals.
