On the final day of our training, we focused on critical topics such as the use of lean tools as a complementary element to digital tools, identifying continuous improvement (Kaizen) opportunities through insights gained from production data, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations, and analysis and reporting processes.
